FAQs

Is the show suitable for all ages?

YES!

However it all depends on the venues and the timings. You probably won’t find many 12 year olds in East London boozers!

But we perform at lots of family festivals…and the Kids always come out as winners!

If you’d like us to perform a family-friendly show, let us know and we’ll be happy to keep it clean – on stage or screen.

Where can it take place?

As long as there is a good sound system, we’re happy to do it anywhere!

Pubs, clubs and bars are obviously best for the party atmosphere but we can also adapt to different locations.

Although we’re based in London, we’ll gladly travel anywhere in the UK – Newcastle, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Cornwall or Hull.

Having staged it on a Ski Slope (Yes, we really have!), we’re pretty confident we can do it anywhere. Literally anywhere!

Can you provide ‘celebrity’ judges?

Of course we can! Just let us know what sort of budget you’ve got and we’ll try to work our magic.

We can’t guarantee ‘A List’ stars like Claudia Winkleman will attend (she once came to her cousin’s work night out and judged for us), but we do have a few ‘famous’ contacts who’ll be happy to help.

If you need us to arrange the judges – who’ll take your timing, words & conviction very seriously – we’ll handle it. No problem.

Is FFW just for corporate clients?

No, definitely not. We’re massive fans of our live show format and love the interaction it brings with our loyal following.

We’re also more than happy to take bookings from private individuals, families and groups of friends.

Tell us what the special occasion is and we’ll see if we can come up with a package that suits your budget.

How much does it cost?

Tim & Gendle are committed to entertaining you, not ripping you off! That’s why we try to keep ticket prices low and the quality of laughs high.

Tickets to our live shows are normally priced between £7 to £10 and are available on a first come, first served basis. Keep an eye on our social media accounts for details of the latest upcoming events.

Online bookings range in price, but typically depend on your technical requirements, attendance numbers and the duration of the event. Our advice is to get touch, tell us what you want and we’ll come up with a competitive quote!

Corporate event bookings are also priced in the same way as our online shows, but these costs do alter depending on a variety of factors – including:

  • Location and venue

  • Number of attendees

  • Equipment required

  • Event Management

  • Creative Support

  • Insurance

Again, we would advise that you get in touch and tell us what you need – we can usually tailor a bespoke quote to suit any budget.

How do you take payments?

For new clients, we ask for a 20 per cent non-refundable deposit to secure your booking confirmation. The final payment is only invoiced after the event has been successfully staged. Clients we’ve worked with in the past do benefit from the advantage of deposit-free bookings.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Should you need to postpone your FFW event for any reason, we will do everything possible to arrange an alternative date that’s suitable for you.

Rather than cancel your booking, we would always prefer to rebook it. If you insist on calling off the event, unfortunately, you would lose your deposit. Thankfully, we’ve never had to this.
